Navigator, a patient-facing conversational AI agent solution driven by Luma’s AI, Spark, takes the reins to accept inbound calls to your organization. With Spark’s tools, Navigator can understand patients’ intent and requests, offer information or follow-up actions, and adapt to carry on natural conversations. Navigator handles inbound calls, even after hours, to free up staff’s time and allow them to focus on more complex tasks.
