Dismiss Action Queue entries across all accounts
Good news! You can now configure your account so that, when a user dismisses an entry from the Action Queue, Luma clears the entry from all other users’ Action Queues within your organization. This helps ensure that the Action Queue shows only new patient activity pending staff action. Configure a prerequisite appointment for receiving waitlist offers
You can now configure a prerequisite appointment type that patients must attend before they can receive waitlist offers for other appointment types. This configuration helps your organization to fully utilize the automated waitlist feature without disrupting any set order of appointment types.
