We’d been patients ourselves – frustrated with navigating our care and worried about getting time with a doctor. We’d seen providers struggle to match patients with open appointments.
Our goal was to get patients to their providers, getting what they need to be healthy again.
Patient success goes beyond the moment of care, too. Over time, the clinicians, administrators, and executives we worked with asked for a way to connect the patient’s clinical, financial, operational, and access journeys.
