We’ve just published the list of product updates that went live in Luma Health over the last month.  Here are a few quick highlights from May:

Watch our on-demand webinar to learn more about how to leverage reimbursable HIPAA-compliant virtual visits to deliver care and minimize appointment backlogs and cancellations.

  • Chat Log improvements: you can now click to play the voice calls we send (they’re kept for six months) and see if a message was an email, a call, or a text.
  • We now automatically cancel future appointments if a patient accepts an earlier appointment from the waitlist.
  • Activity feed cleanup: the activity feed now shows fewer redundant messages.
