Today we’re excited to announce a new Luma Health solution to help clinics manage the return to work the COVID-19 pandemic: zero-contact check-in.
With many of our customers and clinics opening back up for patient service, we’ve built our new zero-contact solution to make it easy for patients to get the care they need while staying safe from coronavirus infection. Our vision at Luma Health has always been to make it easy for patients to see their doctors and our new set of COVID-19 solutions help you achieve just that.
Patients receive a simple text when it’s time for their appointment, they reply back that they’re in the parking lot, and have a simple workqueue to manage who is inside the waiting room and who has been checked out.

While patients wait in their cars for their time of service, your front office staff can send any required intake forms or do a quick video call with the patient to ask any prep questions.
